Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure a seamless experience and the most beautiful results, we invite you to follow these preparation guidelines prior to your visit.
Colour Appointments
For optimal colour performance, please wash your hair 1–2 days before your appointment. This allows your natural oils to gently protect the scalp while ensuring the hair is free from excess product buildup.
We work with clean, ammonia-free EVO Hueverse colour, which achieves its most luminous results on freshly cleansed hair.
Haircut Appointments
Kindly arrive with hair that has been washed within 24 hours and left in its natural state, free from heavy styling.
You are welcome to bring inspiration imagery—this helps us refine and personalise your look.
We recommend wearing comfortable attire and avoiding high necklines, hoods, or bulky collars.
Your stylist will take the time to understand your daily routine, ensuring your cut is tailored effortlessly to your lifestyle.
What to Wear & Bring
For colour services, we suggest wearing darker clothing. While every care is taken with professional capes and towels, slight colour transfer can occasionally occur.
We also recommend removing any valuable or sentimental jewellery prior to your appointment for safekeeping.
Nanoplasty Hair Smoothing
Please wash and condition your hair the evening prior, ensuring it is completely clean. On the day of your appointment, your hair should be 100% dry and free from any styling products, allowing the treatment to perform at its most effective.
cancellation policy
We understand that life happens! However, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment can significantly impact our team. If we’re unable to rebook the time on short notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total service.
You are responsible for keeping track of your appointment, but we’ll help with that: a confirmation text will be sent 4 days in advance to give you time to reschedule if needed.
Important: We do not have access to a voicemail on our main line or take cancellations through social media.

We get it—things happen. If you’re running behind, we allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited or a no-show fee applied. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate your appointment, but services like a blow-dry may need to be skipped due to time constraints.
If we’re running a little behind, we appreciate your patience as well.
