cancellation policy

We understand that life happens! However, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment can significantly impact our team. If we’re unable to rebook the time on short notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total service.

You are responsible for keeping track of your appointment, but we’ll help with that: a confirmation text will be sent 4 days in advance to give you time to reschedule if needed.

Important: We do not have access to a voicemail on our main line or take cancellations through social media.

Running Late?

We get it—things happen. If you’re running behind, we allow a 20-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited or a no-show fee applied.

If we’re running a little behind, we appreciate your patience as well. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate your appointment, but services like a blow-dry may need to be skipped due to time constraints.

Please note: Our prices are subject to change without notice. We only adjust pricing when absolutely necessary and always strive to absorb increases in wholesale costs wherever possible, to continue providing you with quality services at fair value. Thank you for supporting our small business. :)
